DESCRIPTION:Join us for a virtual Long Covid Group\, meeting monthly. This 
 group is a self-help supportive and compassionate environment aided by hea
 lthcare providers and your peers regarding lingering symptoms from a Covid
 -19 infection. Group education on various health topics will be provided\,
  including managing fatigue\, coping with mental health implications\, tip
 s for returning to your everyday activities\, breathing techniques\, exerc
 ise\, and relaxation strategies. This group will be facilitated by a Thera
 pist and an Occupational Therapist.
