Virtual Mindfulness in Motion

This virtual program is based on mindfulness practices to help develop capacity and awareness to be fully present in our lives by continually using practical skills to increase coping. There will be weekly homework to assist you with your home practice. This workshop is for adults experiencing chronic conditions/stress; a minimum familiarity with mindfulness is strongly recommended.
