The Seniors Social Group provides a friendly mutual aid and self-help group for people who may identify as socially isolated, coping with chronic pain, and mental health challenges. The group relies on core members to provide leadership in teaching crafting skills, peer support, and sharing information and resources to all participants. This 4-week nutrition program is for adults who are interested in learning about what to eat and drink to help support bone health. The interactive sessions will include cooking and label reading activities.
These screening clinics for children ages 2 to 6 are designed to identify any child development needs or concerns. Through a follow-up process referrals are made and families are linked to needed resources and supports. The screenings are staffed by Social Workers, Speech and Language Pathologists, Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Dietitians, Audiologists, Optometrists, Dental Hygienists, Community Health Workers and Settlement Workers.
Do you have pre-diabetes or diabetes? Join our diabetes education team to learn about the fundamentals of managing diabetes including healthy eating, physical activity, medication, and how to prevent complications. This class will help to build your confidence to take action in daily life to live well with diabetes for years to come.
This program encourages older adults and seniors to socialize in groups which helps reduce isolation.

Activities/Outings: Fee varies.
The program offers a variety of quality activities and services in a safe and supportive environment to individuals living in the community who are physically frail or have cognitive impairment. Participants receive nutritious meals and snacks, and assistance with activities of daily living. Operation is Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 2:30 pm. There is a daily fee for service. Transportation to and from the program is also available for an additional fee.

$5 round trip transportation
Join us for in-person monthly workshops on the challenges of parenting your 1- to 3-year-old. Topics include difficult behaviour, toilet training, picky eaters, and sleep problems.
This weekly in-person program is for anyone who wants to relax and rejuvenate with a guided meditation and breathing exercise with gentle yoga on chair.
