Have questions about our organization or services? We have answered the most frequently asked questions below. If you have questions that aren’t answered here you can call us at 416-855-1066.

We do not provide crisis counselling. We provide a list of crisis resources for those in need.

Our medical care is for registered clients. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate walk-ins.

Most of our services are covered by OHIP or are free. A few services to help individuals at home carry a small fee.  Please refer to our services pages for more information or call us at 416-855-1066.

Anyone who is interested can join one of our programs. You do not need to be registered as a client to join a program.  For more information on the programs we offer and which ones are currently running please see our list of programs and calendar.

We have multiple locations in the west end of Toronto that offer our different services.  Our medical clinics are located near High Park and the Junction.  Many of our programs are run from these locations as well. Please contact us for more information 416-855-1066 or visit our contact page.
