GLAD (Good Living with Arthritis Denmark)

This program will help you manage the symptoms of your hip or knee osteoarthritis. The GLAD Program has been shown to help people with hip and knee OA reduce pain and stiffness. This program includes 12 exercise sessions and 2 educational sessions. This program is available for free to patients who have attended an assessment for hip and knee problems with a Physiotherapist at a Rapid Assessment Clinic, Family Health Team, or a Community Health Centre in the Toronto Central Area.
